Client Relationship Manager

About the Role Be the first point of contact with client queries by telephone, face to face and email.Ensure the maintenance and compliance of client files in the XPLAN database.Manage administrative functions by prioritising the daily workload and adhering to business workflow protocols, including the accurate preparation of review, implementation, and annual agreement documentation.Implement and manage ongoing Pension, Super, Investment, and Insurance tasks to fulfilment.Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training opportunities.Work effectively within your team pod to meet the needs of clients and peers.About You Degree or studies in financial planning discipline desirable but not essential.Intermediate understanding and knowledge of the financial services industry highly desirable.Previous experience in a similar role in the financial services sector.Experience using XPLAN and MS Office software preferred.You are welcome here.
