The purpose of this role is to build key and prospering relationships with clients with the view to strengthening their connection with the business.
Ensure client satisfaction, retention and provide fleet management and group solutions to meet client needs.
Your Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients across a diverse range of industries, size and fleet requirements.Build a strong rapport and relationship with clients to ensure client satisfaction and demonstrate their importance to business.Ensure a regular client contact program is agreed and in place, deliver on agreed strategy and objectives and demonstrate value to client.Build relationships with core dealers and other third-party service providers involved in delivering on client needs.Retain core clients, ensure current contracts are in place and key contacts maintained.Work closely with line manager drawing on client feedback, team feedback and industry changes to continuously improve products and services.Your Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of fleet industry, motor vehicle industry and/or finance.Proven negotiation and networking skills and ability to influence.Self-confident, client sales focused, and target driven.Confidence in problem solving and ability to make sound, well thought out and calculated decisions in line with strategic direction and objectives.Ability to conduct client training in one on one and group sessions.Demonstrated planning and prioritisation skills.Experience required: Minimum 2-years proven relationship building experience within the fleet, motor vehicle or related industry.
Leasing experience is advantageous.Proven ability to negotiate and network with key clients, stakeholders and contacts.Proven track record around growing business opportunities, driving organic growth and delivering client satisfaction.Proven track record on achieving growth targets and driving results.Sounds like your next rewarding career challenge?
