Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Client Relationship Manager? Reporting to the Regional Manager Client Services, you will join the Fleet B2B Sales team, and work closely with our business leaders and Business development team to ensure our strict deadlines are met to the highest level.
You will be involved in:
Managing portfolio of Non-For-Profit clients of varying sizesBuilding a strong rapport and relationship with clients to ensure client satisfactionEnsuring a regular client contact and employee education program is agreed and in placeDrawing on data to support analysis and recommendations to provide client insightsRetaining core clients, ensure current contracts are in place and key contacts maintainedIdentifying potential cross-sell opportunities and support business developmentWorking closely with line manager drawing on client feedback, team feedback and industry changes to continuously improve our products and servicesWho are you? B2B experience in Account Management / Client relationship roleProven track record around growing business opportunities, driving organic growth and delivering client satisfactionAbility to negotiate and network with key clients, stakeholders, and contactsDemonstrate track record on achieving growth targets and driving resultsHolding a driving license and have access to a carFleet Industry experience strongly desirableBelong to an organisation that values diversity, inclusivity, and you: Working at Smartgroup means you will be working in one of Australia's most authentic, inclusive, and diverse workplaces.
