Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup Client Relationship Manager? Reporting to the Regional Manager Client Services, you will join the Fleet B2B Sales team, and work closely with our business leaders and Business development team to ensure our strict deadlines are met to the highest level.
You will be involved in:
Managing portfolio of Non-For-Profit clients of varying sizesBuilding a strong rapport and relationship with clients to ensure client satisfactionEnsuring a regular client contact and employee education program is agreed and in placeDrawing on data to support analysis and recommendations to provide client insightsRetaining core clients, ensure current contracts are in place and key contacts maintainedIdentifying potential cross-sell opportunities and support business developmentWorking closely with line manager drawing on client feedback, team feedback and industry changes to continuously improve our products and servicesWho are you?
