Client Relationship Leader - NationalAn outstanding and highly sought after position has become available to join Aon National's leadership team. Forming part of our client retention strategy team and responsible for driving best practice client retention activity across National. This role is to drive improved client experience, retention activities, bringing all of Aon to our clients and deliver on our client needs.
We are looking for an expert insurance professional with a strategic mentality who will be responsible for driving delivery and embedding client retention strategies to our clients nationally, resulting in stronger retention, with a focus primarily on high service clients and industry groups.
We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.

What the day will look likeStrengthening Aon National's value proposition across High Service Clients and Industry GroupsStrengthening technical and client engagement capabilities across National to ensure clear articulation of our value propositions and that the best advice and service is being delivered to National clientsDriving improvements across the business to set higher standards and deliver more consistent client experience from acquisition through to renewalsEmbedding focus on delivering on our client service strategy and partnering with the Regional Directors on how to deliver on best practiceAccountability for our Strategic account review program for high service clientsAccountability for jeopardy management for high service clientsAccountable for defensive tender responsesAccountable for driving cross sell of all of Aon to existing clientsMentoring fellow colleagues on standard methodology in client serviceFind opportunities for industry solutions, facilities and cross-sell opportunities across Aon NationalSkills and experience that will lead to successThis position will suit someone who is highly motivated to deliver unparalleled client experience and a strong influencer across a National business. A strategic approach, accompanying strong broking and exceptional client management experience.
