About the role Operating within our Relationships team, the Client Relationship Consultant is focused on providing quality client centred service.
What you'll do Connect with clients by phone to understand their needsProcess invoices and reimbursements in line with our service standardsSupport disability service providers to present Agency-compliant invoicesWork proactively with providers, ensuring a single point of resolution for client queriesAbout you Providing outstanding client centred service is your thing. You use your strong communication and problem solving skills – and empathetic approach – to make a positive difference for clients and stakeholders.
To be our next Client Relationship Consultant, you'll:
