About the role Operating within our Relationships team, the Client Relationship Consultant is focused on providing quality client-centred service.
What you'll do Connect with clients by phone to understand their needsProcess invoices and reimbursements in line with our service standardsSupport disability service providers to present Agency-compliant invoicesWork proactively with providers, ensuring a single point of resolution for client queriesAbout you Providing outstanding client-centred service is your thing.
You use your strong communication and problem-solving skills – and empathetic approach – to make a positive difference for clients and stakeholders.
