About The RoleAs Client Relationship & Service Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of management of the CRS Process, from Prospecting (potential clients) through the stage of connecting and pitching, to Care, and Existing Client relationship management.
With core responsibility for the securing of work within your pipeline and in support of the wider ANZ regional CRS team, you will develop, contribute, and improve the CRS strategy for the business and be responsible for driving the overall sales of the business to new heights, in turn increasing CTG's market reach, credibility, and industry recognition within the local market you are based.
About YouMinimum 10 years experience in property, construction and/or design is preferred.Capable of on-the-spot, hands-on problem solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.Excellent interpersonal skills including partnership & teamwork.Impeccable (written & oral) communication & relationship skills with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.Ability to make wise decisions using own initiative based on a combination of good judgement and common sense.Persuasion & influencing skills in personal sales/service relationships.Innovative in regards to developing new strategies or solutions, with an innovation in sales focus skill set.Business literacy & numeracy ability to ensure relevant, timely & accurate reporting.Highly-motivated self-starter, able to work on own initiative with limited direction.Very organised with the ability to effectively prioritise time and work.Able to maintain confidentiality and market sensitive detail in all business & personal contexts.Have a calm, pleasant, confident and helpful manner – positive attitude.Most importantly, you will uphold the Cachet values of Joy, Integrity & Excellence and have a real passion for what you do!ResponsibilitiesWe expect that you have & develop an in-depth local network/peer group and will be contributing to securing leads within lead generation & research processes, connecting to new clients directly, attending & chairing new meetings/presentations, providing the project team enough background, detail & scope, outlining time to comfortably set up the project and allow them to close out pre-appointment requirements.
Once the project is secured, you will attend client meetings with regularity to ensure the client is being serviced properly and that their expectations from the engagement process continue to be met.
You will also develop and undertake existing client relationship steps & processes for fulfilment of the CRS Process – including CTG Care programme, the development of new Pipelines/locations, Clients in the targeted other Sectors & Industries, as directed by the CRS Director.
