### Job Description:

Ryder System, a global leader in transportation and logistics, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team. This part-time remote position will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring that our service delivery exceeds client expectations. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Engagement:**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and gathering feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring responsiveness and personalized service.

- **Service Delivery Oversight:**
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, sales, and logistics to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor the performance of services provided to clients and address any issues or areas for improvement promptly.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions.
- Leverage feedback to enhance existing processes and service offerings, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service performance metrics.
- Prepare reports for management outlining client satisfaction levels, service performance, and potential growth opportunities.

- **Market Insights:**
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive dynamics to provide informed recommendations for service enhancements and business development opportunities.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance knowledge of Ryder System services and client relationship management best practices.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with team members across various departments, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture that transcends geographical boundaries.
- Share insights and best practices with peers to foster knowledge sharing and collective success.

### Requirements:

**Education:**
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience is highly valued.

**Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management roles.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management concepts is a plus.
