**Job Description:**
As a Client Relations Representative at Mirvac, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our client interactions. You will be the first point of contact for clients, creating and nurturing lasting relationships while understanding their needs and expectations. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Engagement:**
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing them with information and assistance regarding our services and offerings.
- Proactively reach out to clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback about our projects and services.
2. **Communication:**
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Mirvac's products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
- Deliver timely responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a professional and courteous approach.
3. **Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
4. **Data Analysis:**
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing the client experience.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction and engagement to management.
5. **Problem Resolution:**
- Address client issues and concerns promptly, escalating them to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Develop solutions to enhance the client experience and prevent future occurrences.
6. **Administrative Support:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database.
- Assist with the organization of client events, workshops, or other engagement opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- **Educational Background:**
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Experience:**
