**Job Description:**

NGL Energy Partners is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Relations Representative to join our team in Brisbane. In this part-time role, you will play an essential part in cultivating lasting relationships with our clients while facilitating smooth communication and support for their needs. As a representative of our company, you will ensure that our client care exceeds their expectations and enhances our overall service offerings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Engagement:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and how our services can meet those needs.

2. **Communication:**
- Effectively communicate company policies, services, and product offerings to clients to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Collaborate with team members and various departments to resolve client issues promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. **Client Education and Support:**
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on our services, ensuring they maximize the value of our offerings.
- Assist clients with account setup, product onboarding, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.

4. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Actively seek and document client feedback to identify areas for service improvement and new opportunities for engagement.
- Work closely with the management team to suggest potential enhancements to service offerings based on client insights.

5. **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, concerns, and follow-up actions within our CRM system to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding client satisfaction levels and service performance.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds around the globe, contributing to a cohesive, supportive team environment.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and collective problem-solving for client-related challenges.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience & Education:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Motivated: Self-starter who is enthusiastic about serving clients and achieving both individual and team goals.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong leadership qualities to inspire confidence in clients, navigating their concerns with ease and authority.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions to client needs.
