### Job Description

Progressive is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team remotely. As a key player in our client management department, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This part-time role is perfect for individuals who thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work environment and who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

### Responsibilities

- **Client Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and expectations while ensuring that Progressive's services meet those needs.

- **Communication:** Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support through various communication channels, including email, phone, and virtual meetings.

- **Negotiation:** Skillfully negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to maximize value for both parties while achieving company objectives.

- **Client Feedback:** Gather and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our services. Work in collaboration with internal teams to implement changes that enhance client experience.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on client relationships, satisfaction metrics, and growth opportunities to senior management.

- **Onboarding:** Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new clients, ensuring that they understand all aspects of our service offerings and how to access support.

- **Training & Development:** Educate clients on new products and services, providing training sessions as needed to enhance their utilization of our offerings.

- **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform our approaches to client relationship management and service provision.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align client needs with company offerings and improve overall service delivery.

### Requirements

- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the service industry.

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
