Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:The Client Relations Manager at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a remote work position, based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU, offering full-time employment at the mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients- Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction- Create and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term relationships and loyalty- Provide regular updates and reports on client relationship status and performance

Requirements:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field- Resilient and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing top-notch client service- Strong people management skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
