BAA includes two RTO's: House of Learning Pty Ltd trading as Builders Academy Australia (National RTO Code 21583) & City-Wide Building & Training Services Pty LTD trading as CWBTS (National RTO Code 91138).
With close to 4000 active students, BAA & CWBTS deliver pre-apprenticeships through to Advanced Diploma level qualifications across 4 Australian states to both domestic and international students.

About The Role As a Client Relations & Business Growth Coordinator, you will support new student onboarding, build relationships, and achieve apprenticeship enrolment targets.
Your efforts will help employers meet their apprenticeship and traineeship needs within their region.
This role involves completing the Pre-Training and Enrolment processes in compliance with company requirements.
This role will be working remotely from Sydney and traveling to building sites for on-site enrolment and student progress support.
For travel beyond a 100km radius, all applicable costs, including accommodation, will be covered by the company.
Additionally, you will collaborate with our Leadership team to identify employment opportunities for our students by implementing business-to-business contact strategies.

Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate future enrolment activities, course dates, and offerings with other departments.Explain programs and eligibility requirements to potential clients, ensuring accurate enrolment paperwork.Facilitate smooth student onboarding by sending out and managing enrolment documentation.Ensure accurate and efficient use of Salesforce, VETenrol, and VETtrak for student registration and enrolment.Review student training activity, providing strategies and support to aid their studies.Communicate effectively with students, employers, parents, and apprenticeship centers regarding enrolment processes and training progress.Develop reports and presentations on enrolment activity for management to inform decision-making.Liaise with Employment Service Providers, Group Training Organisations, and other stakeholders to support students' studies and employment opportunities. About You Possible Graduate or wanting to begin your career in the RTO space.Tertiary qualification in education, business management, marketing, or sales.Strong sales and/or customer service experience, including a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets/KPIs.Knowledge and experience using VETtrak, VETenrol, and Ready Skills (desired).Understanding of Skills First (VIC), Smart and Skilled (NSW), and Queensland funding models.Experience in business development and sales in a related environment.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients and government agencies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to work collaboratively within a leadership team.
