### Responsibilities

- **Client Engagement:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

- **Problem Solving & Analysis:**
- Analyze client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in services and guest experience.
- Proactively develop and implement strategies to handle client issues, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all client interactions and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to monitor client satisfaction and deliver actionable insights to upper management.

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices and customer feedback, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

- **Sales Support:**
- Support the sales team in developing client proposals and presentations when necessary, highlighting Hilton's unique offerings.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials to drive engagement and retention.

### Requirements

- **Education & Experience:**
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service or client relations role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- A degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- A strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms to effectively engage with clients remotely.

- **Personal Attributes:**

- **Confident:** Displaying assurance in communication and problem-solving abilities.
