Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our team at News Corp., a global media and information services company, in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns they may have. This is a part-time position at an Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to clients.- Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve our products and services.- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients in a professional and timely manner.- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service.- Resilient and dedicated personality traits.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Cooperation and adaptability as key soft skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
