Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

US Foods Holding is seeking a part-time Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and reliable. Additionally, strong people management and communication skills are essential soft skills for this role.

Responsibilities:- Assist the Client Relations Manager in maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction- Handle client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns- Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records- Provide support in client meetings and presentations- Assist in the development of client retention strategies- Monitor client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement- Participate in training and professional development opportunities as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- 3+ years of experience in client relations or customer service- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
