About the roleAs a Client Onboarding Specialist in our team, you'll play a key role in managing multiple end-to-end onboardings and implementing our products to our new and existing Commercial, Corporate, and Institutional customers.

Role Type: 18 mos Fixed-Term Contract
Role Location: This role is open to different locations (VIC, QLD, NSW) and will follow the usual hybrid working arrangement with 50% office attendance requirement.
Work Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/week
What will your day look like?As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will:
Work with our customers and internal stakeholders to identify product requirements, propose and implement solutions.Use your excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to develop strong relationships with our customers and gather technical requirements with high attention to detail.Transition customers from start to end, from initial customer meeting to training and supporting the customer to go live; while maintaining a focus on educating our customer using the framework set out by ANZ to achieve optimal results for all stakeholders.Learn from and share with your fellow team members to have a consistent approach to our methodologies.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.Excellent planning, workflow, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail.Enjoy managing your own workflow and working autonomously.Ability to work under pressure with the ability to reprioritize work to meet changing demands.Negotiation skills and an ability to influence.Ability to build and maintain relationships with multi-level stakeholders.Highly developed communication skills both verbal and written.Proficiency in MS Office Programs.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
