Due company expansion, RAATISCC are looking for a committed, skilled and passionate individuals to join the friendly RAATSICC team as a Client Officer (Identified position) - Level 3 – Strengthening Family Connections (DA) Program - Cairns based.

Position Purpose:
The primary responsibility of the Strengthening Family Connections Program (DA) - Client Officer is to actively engage with First Nations families with children and young people, aiding them in fostering a safe and healthy family environment.
The Opportunity:
• This position is Full-time, based in Cairns and travel will be required.
• Provide innovative, intensive wrap-around outreach family support services to children to engage and support families and the children themselves via creative strengths-based evidence informed intervention strategies.
• Maintain client data records and adhere to confidentiality policies and practices.
About You:
• Have the ability to work in a culturally respectful and competent manner with First Nations young people, their families and communities to ensure that cultural connections are fostered and maintained.
• Have effective time management and be a strong communicator with interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively within a team.
• Resilient and empathetic, able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
