The Role Our Client requires a Client Manager who is looking to progress their career with an innovative firm long term. You will be working with a portfolio of clients across several industries and managing a team of accountants.
Key Responsibilities: Review work completed by team members, with a focus on strategyPrepare business advisory reports, including cash flow forecastsProvide mentorship and training to accountants within your teamOversee and manage your team's workflowEngage with both new and existing clientsInitial meetings with new clientsLead strategic client meetingsBusiness advisory servicesStrategic tax planning and structuring guidanceManage tax and compliance mattersKey Skills & Requirements: 5+ years public practice accounting experience is essentialAbility to train junior accountants and review all tax compliance workExperienced with managing a client portfolio and communicating with clients effectivelyTechnical knowledge of Div7a, GST & TaxHigh level of Business Advisory experience (tax planning, structuring & advice)Knowledge of accounting software including Xero & QuickbooksExcellent attention to detail and financial acumenStrong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)Benefits: Up to $150,000 plus super2pm finish on FridaysFlexible working arrangementsMonthly massages & team lunchesOngoing career development & growthIf you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Natalie Ferguson at ******.
