Formed in 1984, HIAIS is a joint venture between two leaders in their respective industries, Aon and the Housing Industry Association (HIA). Client Manager | HIAIS The Client Manager is responsible for providing best in class service for a key portfolio of HIAIS clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio. This Client Manager is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region.

What the day will look like: Lead a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on providing best in class, expert advice as a specialist in residential constructionBuilding strong relationships with clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders to enhance the client experienceIdentify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutionsDevelop new and profitable business within HIAIS South Australian and Northern Territory regionsContribute to the strategic direction of the HIAIS business in South Australia, Northern Territory and NationallySkills and experience that will lead to success: This opportunity would suit someone with a solid foundation and knowledge in general insurance, with a passion for risk management and client support. In this role, you will be provided with support to continue to grow your understanding of construction insurance, particularly Builders Indemnity Insurance, a specialist product for residential construction clients. To be successful you will have:
