Vet.CT are looking for a part-time Client Manager to join our friendly and growing team in Perth, Australia.This role plays a pivotal part in fostering client relationships, supporting to drive business growth as well as ensuring that the highest level of customer service is given to our global clients using a patient's first approach.Hours and days required:1 or 2 weekdays either Wednesday and/or Friday (7.5 hours per day) Plus 1 in 4 weekends or Saturday and Sunday (7.5 hours per day)Key ResponsibilitiesVeterinary customer service via telephone and email communicationInteraction with the Clinical Case Manager on shift and Client Relationship ManagerTroubleshooting image transfer and software platform usage e.g.
