Client Manager

Insurance Broking Client Manager | Hobart or Launceston We are seeking an insurance broker to join our National team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class insurance and risk management solutions for clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
The Client Manager is responsible for providing best in class service for a key portfolio of diverse business clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of their portfolio.
This role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region.
What the day will look like Lead a diverse portfolio of business clients across various industriesBuild relationships and enhance the client experienceIdentify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutionsDevelop new and profitable business within the National segmentContribute to the strategic direction of the National businessAchieve renewal and new business budgetMentor and develop team members within the regionSkills and experience that will lead to success This position will suit someone with the following experience:
Hold qualifications such as Insurance Broking Tier 1 preferredExceptional client relationship management capabilitiesFirst-class communication and presentation skillsA keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successesStrong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance productsAbility to leverage existing networks and develop new networksOrganisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
