Client Manager | Gold Coast We are seeking a Client Manager to join our National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
The Client Manager is responsible for providing best-in-class service for a key portfolio of diverse National clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio.
This Client Manager role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in our Gold Coast region.
What the day will look like Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industriesBuild relationships and enhance the client experienceIdentify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutionsDevelop new and profitable business within the National segmentContribute to the strategic direction of the National businessAchieve renewal and new business budgetMentor and develop team members within the regionSkills and experience that will lead to success This position will suit someone with the following experience:
