Client Manager - DarwinWe are seeking a Client Manager to join our National Team, which specializes in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for clients.
We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.The Client Manager is responsible for providing best-in-class service for a key portfolio of diverse National clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies that focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio.This Client Manager role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region.What the day will look likeLead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industriesBuilding relationships and enhancing the client experienceIdentify development opportunities for the designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutionsDevelop new and profitable business within the National segmentContribute to the strategic direction of the National businessAchieve renewal and new business budgetMentorship and development of team members within the regionSkills and experience that will lead to successThis position will suit someone with the following experience:Exceptional client relationship management capabilitiesInterest in insurance and risk management for clientsFirst-class communication and presentation skillsA keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successesStrong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products preferredAbility to leverage existing networks and develop new networksOrganizational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
