The Role
We're seeking an experienced Client Logistics Coordinator to join our Adelaide team.
As the key point of contact for managing domestic and export logistics services, you'll oversee stock management and ensure smooth execution of outturns for both markets.
Your efforts will directly contribute to maximizing supply chain efficiencies, preserving inventory value, and meeting client expectations.
Please note: Some out-of-hours work may be required due to the nature of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently update stock info within the same business day to ensure seamless execution for domestic and export agreements
Develop and refine logistics processes for improved stock holding, positioning, and outturn management
Create and communicate transport plans to clients, ensuring all needs are met
Proactively address client requests, always ensuring timely and positive responses
Keep clients informed on stock availability and key issues, providing them with real-time updates
Attend client meetings to maintain strong relationships and understand client needs
Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and assess logistics performance, ensuring alignment with operational goals; regularly monitor, analyse and adjust plans to drive continuous improvement and optimise efficiency

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease and precision.
You're proactive, solutions-focused, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure the smooth operation of logistics processes.
What We're Looking For
A Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics or 2-3 years of relevant experience
Previous experience in domestic logistics, with knowledge of the grain industry
A solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and SHE legislation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing role
