We have a track record of offering and actively supporting progressive career pathways for our employees to grow and develop in the pathway of their choice.Location: North PerthHours: Monday to Friday, 8.50am to 5pmAn exciting opportunity for a warm and customer-focused Clinic Administrator to join our team, working in clinics north of the river.About the role:You will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner;Managing scheduling of 5+ appointment books at once, including outbound calls to clients for follow-up appointments, annual checks, and appointment confirmations;Handle all incoming calls and email enquiries (often from people with significant hearing loss) and possess the ability to convert them into bookings;Maintain patient records in an organised and confidential manner;General reception duties, including processing payments and invoicing;Contributing to local marketing efforts to promote our clinic and its services;Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the clinic;Working as part of a close-knit, welcoming, and approachable team;Performing minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).About you:Highly professional presentation;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive can-do attitude;Enthusiastic and passionate about providing excellent service to our patients;Show initiative and possess excellent problem-solving skills;Demonstrate accuracy and strong attention to detail;Strong organisational and time management skills;Previous experience in face-to-face client service and office administration;Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred;Experience with Microsoft suite is essential;Quick learner (training in our Office Management system will be provided);High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in medical administration will be highly regarded;Candidates will be required to undergo a police check as a condition of employment.
