They are a renowned organisation with compassion and quality of life values at the core of what they do. This role is based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.The opportunityReporting to the General Manager, this newly created position works as the client representative liaising between services. Working in a full time, permanent capacity, you will be responsible for being the first contact point for new clients requiring services as part of the organisation, you will be the middle person and ensuring the clients are being supported and followed up with and are happy with their experience. The head office is based in the Eastern Suburbs close to local amenities and travel links. You will work closely with a team of Registered Nurses and support team within their head office.The ideal candidate is someone who is caring, focused and a good team player. Someone who is experienced working across customer service, ideally in a community aged care environment.
