We are currently recruiting a Client Liaison Officer to join our team.
Our firm relies on our Client Liaison Officer to book new incoming callers for initial appointments with our Specialist Family Lawyers.
Our firm is strongly focused on providing a high level of client service and experience.
We would be nowhere without our exceptional Client Liaison Officers.
About the Role Our Client Liaison Officer is responsible for assisting people who need assistance with their divorce or separation by booking them in for a fixed fee initial Smart Start appointment with one of our Specialist Family Lawyers.
This is predominantly an inbound sales role (no cold calling), where you are the first point of contact for all new clients as well as provide ongoing Client Care calls for existing clients. The ability to manage a high volume of enquiries by phone and email is vital.
You should be able to quickly build rapport with clients, maintain client relationships and make a positive impact by identifying their needs which will result in converting the new enquiry by booking an appointment with one of our experienced Family Solicitors.

We have offices in Sydney, Newcastle and Adamstown, with our Adamstown office being the only office that does not house staff from each of our legal practices.
Position Overview As People & Culture Manager you will be part of the Management Team which includes the Managing Director, Executive Directors, Financial Controller, Marketing & Communications Manager and Practice Manager.
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Practice Manager, you will play a key role in managing our company's human resources functions and promoting a positive work culture.
Responsibilities People StrategiesParticipating in annual and quarterly strategic planning meetings, as directed.Collaborating with the Management Team to support organisational growth and change
