Excellent knowledge of NDIS processes required Full time fixed term role based in Camberwell or Wangaratta Competitive salary and awesome NFP salary packaging benefit About the role The Client Liaison Officer will provide exceptional support to the Support Coordination team assisting with the triaging of enquiries, the administrative requirements of NDIS plans/processes to allow our clients to receive the supports they need. This role requires knowledge of the NDIS. This position is a fixed term full-time position based in Camberwell or Wangaratta.
About you You will be an experienced Administrator with outstanding communication and client service skills, your attention to detail and time management/organisational skills will be next level you will manage competing demands to meet client needs and support the team allowing them to support our clients. You will be triaging enquiries and following up to ensure timely response to clients. You will have experience working in the Disability sector.
Skills and Experience Proactively respond to client, team and manager requests for administrative assistance. Completion of NDIS consent forms. Complete client referrals for Allied health, Ministerial contact, provider spreadsheet maintenance, etc. Triage enquires and ensure appropriate follow up and outcomes. Relevant industry experience and or tertiary qualifications in Disability or Community Services Knowledge of NDIS, Disability Act and other relevant legislation Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent MS Office skills A Victorian driver's licence, NDIS Check and a Working With Children's check Why VMCH?
