Centacare Family Services offers family relationship and community services to individuals, couples, and families.

Centacare Family Services is currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Client Liaison Officers to join our Geraldton-based team.
A remuneration package based on the SCHCADS Award 2010 will be offered based on skills and experience; level 3.1 of $37.35/hour, superannuation, and salary sacrifice option.
This is a full-time position.
Key Functions
Management of client appointments and bookings including triaging and liaising with clients regarding appointments.
Maintain and update records, data collection, and other documentation as required.
Facilitate and deliver FRC information sessions to clients.
Provide a range of services in relation to the preparation for mediation, community education, and support services for the Family Relationships Centre (FRC), in a professional and ethical manner that reflects the Ethos and practice of Centacare and FRC programme requirements.
Selection Criteria: Qualifications
Tertiary qualification and/or experience in the community services sector.
This is preferred but not essential.
Selection Criteria: Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders people.
A commitment to professional learning and development.
Demonstrated high level of experience and competence in MS Office programs - Word, Outlook, and Excel.
To be competent or willing to learn Zoom/Teams.
Initiative and self-management skills.
Demonstrated commitment to the provision of a quality service.
Ability to work within the philosophy and ethos of Centacare.
Successful applicants will hold, or be able to obtain, a WA Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance no older than 12 months, and a current WA Driver's License.
