Our expertise spans a diverse range of facilities, including aquatic centres, recreation clubs, golf courses, stadiums, and Health & Fitness clubs. We take pride in our extensive experience and propriety systems and processes, which our clients improve the management of the largest aquatic and sports centres in Australia.
Due to our continued success we are expanding our executive team. Our headquarters are situated in a state-of-the-art 5-star office complex in Melbourne.
Position Overview As part of our current expansion phase, we are introducing a new role to contribute to overall company's performance. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with our clients, providing top-notch management services, and facilitating workshops and presentations.
This position is ideal for individuals aspiring to build a long-term career in the dynamic sport, recreation, and aquatic industry.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in identifying business needs and delivering exceptional management services to our clients.
Key Skills Mandatory requirements for the role include:
Previous management experience in aquatic, recreation, or sports centres (prefered)Logical and methodical thinkingHigh-level written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsProfessional proficiency in Word and PowerPointAbility to conduct workshops professionallyEnergetic and dedicated to business developmentOutgoing and confident personalityGoal-oriented with a competitive natureDrive and energy to advance the business. Preferred qualifications for the role:
University graduate or postgraduate qualifications in recreation, computer science, sports administration, human resources, or business administration.Closing Date Interviews will commence immediately. So please do not hesitate to apply
Experience A minimum of 5 years of work experience in business development. Writing tenders and proposals. Experienced in aquatic recreation or sports centre/venue management (not mandatory) .
