We are a committed Allied Health Practice comprised of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists, focused on delivering a flexible and responsive mobile community service to NDIS participants. As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint a Client Liaison and Administration Officer. Your next opportunity!The Client Liaison and Administration Officer serves as the initial contact for our participants, support coordinators, and external stakeholders, and is responsible for administrative duties that assist in service delivery and team management. This role involves working alongside our existing Client Liaison and Administration Officer, who is already operational at our Brisbane head office.
This is a full-time office-based role, working Monday to Friday.
Working from our Nundah office, you will:
Be the first point of contact and provide general reception duties; and follow-up/respond with face to face, telephone and email requests for information.Manage referrals and appointment bookings.Create new participant files, entering information into our client management system (PracSuite); and draft and issue service agreements.Managing/ordering of general office supplies.Positively represent our organisation and the services we provide in a professional manner when engaging with all stakeholders.Undertake duties within the scope and capabilities of the role to support the Operations Manager and broader team in administration and service management.Provide support in all administrational aspects of the site.About You:As an integral member of our team, supporting our business and clinicians, and tasked with engaging our participants, clients, and stakeholders, we are looking for someone who has:
Administrative experience, preferably within a multi-disciplinary team (exposure to NDIS is an advantage but not essential)Exceptionally high standard of written and verbal communication skills, along with strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. High-level computer and technology literacy is essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, client management, financial, and HR systems. The ability to learn new systems and troubleshooting IT issues in collaboration with our IT service provider. The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, sometimes at short notice and for unplanned issues, is crucial. A solutions and outcomes-focused mindset, a mature can-do approach, and a people-centric nature with the skill to build rapport across diverse demographics and backgrounds are also required.You must: have a NDIS Worker Screening clearance (be willing to obtain)have a Working with Children check (be willing to obtain)have the right to work in Australiahave a valid Australian driver's licensehave Senior First Aid (including CPR) (be willing to obtain)Desirable Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)How to apply:If you meet our criteria and would like to join our professional yet easy going team, we want to hear from you!
