6-9 Months Maximum Term ContractAll AU Location - Hybrid - Full Time - ManagerWork collaboratively with key stakeholder groups and other project streamsAlign and drive client experience initiatives and improve the end-to-end client experienceFlexible work options - work smarter in a way that suits your lifestyleAbout The RoleThe purpose of this role is to activate the client experience stream as part of the Reimagined PwC program across the firm and work collaboratively with key stakeholder groups and other project streams to align and drive client experience initiatives as part of the go live and into Phase 2 to improve the end-to-end client experience.What you will bring to the role:A demonstrated ability to own and drive end to end programs of work with strong focus on executionBe highly analytical and commercially minded with an ability to connect the dotsHave a deep understanding of CSAT, key market measures and brand health as key leading non-financial dataBe (and be known as) a change championThe ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders and other teams to achieve business outcomesExperience managing agencies & writing agency briefsCampaign management capabilitiesYour key accountabilities will be:To support the Client Experience Lead by leading and implementing the objectives and key milestones across the streams of work under the Client Experience stream for The Reimagined PwC Experience global program, activated locally in Australia.
Embed client-centric experience initiatives across the firm to drive client advocacy and improve the client experience.Own and drive discrete programs of work as they align to the broader Reimagined PwC experience program.To work closely with project team and other key teams to drive the key deliverables and activities for the program.Stakeholder and relationship mapping for interdependencies with other program streams and building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.Reporting and communicating on milestones and actions for key leadership teams and other project stream requirements.More about you:Demonstrated ability to bring a client-centric viewpoint to advocate and agitate for change where neededEffectively manages resources outside of immediate team to ensure project collaboration and stakeholder managementAbility to build strong relationships across the firm and influence where neededExperience in driving behavioural and firmwide changeAbout PwCAt PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
