The Position As the face of Speech Ease, you will be supporting our clinicians at our front desk. 
The position will ideally be between 25-30 hours per week (Mon-Fri). 
The successful candidate will have the flexibility to cover additional hours if necessary. Your tasks will include:
reception duties such as greeting clients, checking client forms, answering incoming calls and making appointment bookings and reschedules,organising resources, assisting administrative tasks, keeping areas in the practice neat and tidy,supporting our clients to run payment claims from the government for services,creating invoices and processing online payments,assisting our caring speech pathology team with mailing out letters, following up phone calls with clients, GPs and other professionals, and completing other tasks that may come up along the waybeing responsible for following our client intake process for all new clients,building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring clients are nurtured throughout their journey with Speech Ease,managing client feedback and complaints, assisting with client resolution scenarios.Your job scope may change as our practice grows. There will be the opportunity to develop training materials around client servicing to further enhance our client experience within the practice.
There will also be opportunities to participate and help us create awareness of new initiatives and programs to meet the needs of the local community.

Our main clinic site is in Williams Landing, while our satellite site is in North Melbourne
We provide a variety of speech and language pathology services.
We work closely with other professionals such as child psychologists, occupational therapists, paediatricians, dentists, special education teachers and school teachers to provide a holistic service for families.

This role will be paid above the award rate and will include regular performance reviews. We value continuing education and career progression opportunities.
