The Role:
We are seeking a Client Experience Manager to lead and enhance the client journey in our clients' residential building projects. This position is pivotal in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction from initial contact through project completion. The Client Experience Manager will oversee a dedicated team, collaborate across departments, and streamline processes to resolve client issues while maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing the Client Experience team, ensuring efficient resource allocation and performance optimization.
Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members to align with service standards.
Developing and implementing strategies for process improvement and innovation to enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborating with adjacent departmental managers to ensure seamless communication and transitions throughout the building process.
Acting as the escalation point for complex client issues, guiding the team in conflict resolution and expectation management.
Providing regular performance reports and preparing business cases for process enhancements and resource allocation.
Maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards while implementing quality assurance measures.
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years in client experience, customer service, or operations management, ideally within the residential construction industry.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing diverse teams.
Strong analytical abilities to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across various departments.
Proficiency in project management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service throughout the client journey.
