My client is seeking a Client Experience Lead to oversee Guest Relations and deliver a premium, welcoming environment for all visitors and staff at their corporate Head Office.
About the Role Lead and inspire a high-performing Guest Relations team to deliver seamless, first-class service.
Create a warm, professional, and memorable experience for all clients – both internal staff and external guests.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including guest services, food and beverage coordination, and events management.
Foster a safe and well-maintained environment by managing WHS standards across key facilities such as the kitchen, café, terrace, and wellness spaces.
Collaborate with building management and third-party vendors to ensure a premium client experience.
Innovate and implement sustainability practices to enhance operations.
Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, seamless service, responding promptly to enquiries and ensuring guests and staff feel valued.
Manage food and beverage services, working with vendors to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee onsite events, providing creative, tailored solutions for engagements of all scales.
Inspire and develop a team of Guest Relations professionals, conducting performance reviews and managing day-to-day resourcing.
Uphold WHS standards, maintain facilities, and ensure team compliance with RSA and other safety certifications.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a hospitality or guest services role.
Proven experience managing premium client spaces and events, from small fine-dining occasions to large-scale functions.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as WHS and safety requirements.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Passionate about creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional client service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
RSA certification and relevant industry qualifications.
