Reporting to the Team Leader (Select Team), you will primarily be responsible for managing existing business through channel partnerships and required to travel both locally and interstate to attend client meetings and key industry events. Day to Day – What It Looks Like Foster strong client relationships with existing clients/channel partners and sponsorship partnersGrow the portfolio across existing our client baseGather client information to support renewal business documentation and advocate for clients through standard methodology and insurer negotiations to achieve best outcomesProactively manage and resolve client issues including answering and responding promptly to client enquiriesConduct internal and external client reviewsPartner with stakeholders across the business to exceed client expectationsDevelop strong relationships with internal stakeholdersLead new business opportunities on small to moderate size, accounts within identified markets Partner with insurer stakeholders to build long lasting relationships and deliver solutions to exceed client expectationsMultitask and navigate a range of technologiesExpand your knowledge and grow by keeping informed of industry trends, attending internal or external training and events.Relevant decision making required to fulfil client needs within Gallagher standards/policies and relevant LegislationApply best business practice ethically, professionally and with integrity in all circumstances so that Gallagher's reputation and brand is upheld Skills and Experience Key to this role is strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the commitment to deliver a positive experience for all clients.
