Formed in 1984, HIAIS is as a joint venture between two leaders in their respective industries, Aon and the Housing Industry Association (HIA).Our joint venture provides us with the unique opportunity to leverage the risk and insurance expertise of Aon, with the HIA's deep knowledge of the housing industry.What The Day Will Look LikeProvide a high level of client service to industry professionalsAssist the Senior Broker with the day to day management of client insurance policy renewals, endorsements and domestic building insuranceMaintain strong relationships with industry and internal stakeholdersUpsell and cross sell of relevant insurance products for an existing portfolioCommunicate with customers via phone and face to face meetings and through timely action of clients requestsSkills and experience that will lead to successOur ideal candidate will be passionate about client service delivery and have an interest in either establishing or growing their insurance broking career.
