What the day will look like
Handling a range of account management, servicing, sales and administration responsibilities.
The first point of resolution for customer queries regarding their insurance needs.
Investigating and resolving queries over the phone and/or via email correspondence.
Working towards achieving both your KPI's and your team's revenue, acquisition, and retention targets.
Identifying new business and up-selling opportunities as you interact with our clients.
Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies and platforms.
Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations.
Work within company policy, adhering to our call handling guidelines, compliance, laws and regulations.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
1 year experience across the insurance industry.
Sound understanding of General Insurance across multiple lines.
Passion for helping clients who are serving the community daily.
Interested in dealing with clients and customers and offering outstanding service.
Managing your workflow and proven success with prioritising work.
A team player who enjoys contributing ideas in a great team environment.
An all-rounder who thrives in a highly professional and fast paced position.
Motivated to grow, learn, and become an integral part of this team.
Tier 1 Compliance qualified is highly desired but not essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
