Client Executive, North Asia PortfolioWe are looking for an experienced tier 1 qualified Client Executive to assist in maintaining our exceptional servicing levels within our Sydney Global and Corporate team. Key responsibilities include:Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experienceDesigning appropriate servicing solutions and insurance programs for their portfolioManaging essential interface with the administration support, claims and placement teamsIdentifying revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolioAssisting on business development opportunities within new and existing accounts for all aspects of Aon offering.Skills and experience that will lead to successTo be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a genuine drive to learn as well as:Bilingual in Mandarin (preferable) and EnglishProven experience working on commercial or corporate accounts either as the portfolio manager or supporting a senior broker would be advantageousComfortable working in a fast-paced professional environmentAbility to engage professionally with clients of a different cultural heritage, showing the requisite patience and resilience.Solid planning and organisational skills with a strong work ethic, attention to greater detail and ability to work independently and in a team environmentTier 1 or Diploma qualification is expected.This is an excellent development opportunity for a polished and credible insurance professional to enhance their client-management and technical capabilities in a diverse and challenging role.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
