Their global coverage and local expertise enable clients to better understand media audiences and their relationships with brands to optimise investment.About the roleThis role is part of the Media Solutions Team, which evaluates brand effectiveness of advertising campaigns across all media channels. The primary responsibility is to work with the Senior Account Managers and Directors to manage and deliver media projects to clients. The role is focused on account administration, project co-ordination, management of study launch, and analysis of research data to deliver impactful media solutions, as well as some integration of Media & Digital solutions and practices with the broader Client Services team.We seek an individual who demonstrates a genuine passion for media, staying informed about the latest trends, technologies, and innovations, and leveraging their enthusiasm to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table, enhancing client strategies and campaigns.What you'll be doingClient Management & Consultancy - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored consultancy services.Account Management - Collaborate with the team to implement account strategies to drive growth and maximize client retention. Work towards achieving account growth targets by upselling and cross-selling services.Project Management - Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Stakeholder Management - Maintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.Analysis & Research Expertise - Conduct thorough analysis and research to provide actionable insights and recommendations for clients. Prepare detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and insights to clients and internal teams.Skills & experienceDemonstrated ability to collect and analyse data using research techniques.Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.Basic understanding of ad serving and ad operations.Understanding of key principles of advertising planning, buying, and strategy.Understanding of media ecosystems - relationships between creative agency, buying agency and publishers and clients.Understanding of new developments and key trends in media.Project Management.
