We are seeking a Client Executive to join our high performing Adelaide National Team, which specializes in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions.
The Client Executive will service and grow a defined portfolio of existing clients, support with execution of new business strategies, and will be a key part of business growth projects and implementation.
This role will be closely supported by experienced client managers and leadership, ensuring ongoing learning and professional growth.

What the day will look like End to end account management of an existing portfolio of Commercial clientsServicing, sales and client administration responsibilities for your portfolioBuild strong relationships with clients as well as internal and external stakeholdersProactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policiesRespond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claimsProcess renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicingSkills and experience that will lead to success: The ability to build strong client relationships.Experience in a similar role or within the insurance/financial services industry (highly regarded)Comfortable growing an existing Client portfolioThrives in a learning & growth environmentBasic insurance technical skills (highly regarded)How we support our colleagues: In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
