As part of the dynamic Honan Insurance Group, we are seeking a self-motivated, goal-oriented and experienced Client Executive to join our specialty Construction and Builders Warranty (BRIC) team, located in our vibrant Melbourne office.
Client Executive - Construction What can you expect? This role will be responsible for managing a small portfolio across Construction and Builders Warranty.
Some of the responsibilities for this role include:
Managing, servicing and maintaining a small portfolio of clients and providing front line client service in respect of those accounts. Acting as the main interface between the client and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of service is always provided. Work closely with new and existing clients to determine their present and future needs. Propose suitable products, services and upgrades to clients to maintain and grow revenue. Monitor and manage service delivery across new business quoting, renewals and claims. Managing client and underwriter expectations. Providing excellent customer service to clients. Great team environment with energetic and supportive colleagues. What you need to have: The successful candidate must have industry experience in General Insurance & Domestic Building Insurance. Knowledge across Construction and Contract Works is preferred but not mandatory; we will provide training across any product knowledge gaps.
In addition, the successful candidate will have:
RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance or ANZIIF. 2 years industry experience. Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication. Advanced attention to detail skills and outcome focused. Driven and enthusiastic. Ability to work autonomously. Applications will only be accepted from candidates who have the appropriate approval to work in Australia.
