Who are you? You come with a background in disability, mental health, nursing, social work, or an allied health disciplineYou understand community services and NDIS fundingYou have experience writing person centred support plansYou have experience networking and creating long standing relationships with key stakeholdersIdeally we are looking for someone who is comfortable visiting people in their own homes to discuss how we can assist them and assess any risks we may need to be aware of.
You will need to have the ability to juggle more than one thing at a time, this is a fast paced role and you will need to have an ability to prioritise and manage conflicting tasks and requests.
We are looking for someone with an understanding that living with a disability can be tough and genuinely wants to make a difference in client's lives. You need to be a good listener and communicator and have an empathetic attitude.
