Client Engagement Officer

3 months contract role with possible extension.Hourly pay rate up to $52.19/hour + Super.Work location: Canberra.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for responding to initial client concerns and complaints and are required to work across the Branch's business units, as required, providing both operational and general administrative support to ensure efficient service delivery.Key Accountabilities

Provide high quality frontline client-centred service delivery and support.High level liaison skills in managing internal and external stakeholders as required.Provide high level administration support for tasks such as managing the dedicated email inbox, rental documentation, and applications.Manage files, records, and track progression of all documentation with appropriate entries on the Homenet and related systems.Comply with legislation, policies, and professional standards.ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
