The CompanyOur client is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Client Engagement Coordinator to join a collaborative team of professionals who truly are making a difference to our community.

The RoleBased in the Services and Operations department, you will be responsible for the implementation, review, and management of client-centric services through exceptional customer service and client engagement.
You will review funding compliance and assess risk management practices to ensure high-quality service outcomes for clients.
Maintaining a high level of organisation skills, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Coordinate Client Support services and review Client Support PlansSelect Support Workers to deliver requested services and supportsMaintain accurate funding and compliance recordsConduct regular and frequent visits to client homes and community locations (across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria)Attend stakeholder meetings, forums, and other networking events as requiredWhat will I need to succeed?Experience in a client engagement/support worker/behavioural management role within the community services sectorCertificate IV in Disability Studies/Community Services, or equivalentStrong understanding of care plan management and review processes is highly desirableA Valid WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance will be requiredIntermediate MS skills with familiarity with NDIS, TACC and DHH funding bodies (desirable)Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop client relationshipsSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a teamPlease apply now if you would like to join this wonderful organisation that is making a difference to our community.
