You will play a key role in helping clients enhance profitability, sustainability, and scalability through expert business advice and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage client business needs including accounting, taxation, and business advisory services
Provide expert advice to help clients improve profitability, operational efficiency, and growth
Oversee the delivery of client reports and ensure high service standards
Lead and manage teams, including offshore staff, ensuring all deliverables are met
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and win new business
Drive improvements in workflow, processes, and technology to enhance service delivery
Collaborate with Partners to expand client relationships and secure new opportunities

Skills & Experience

CA/CPA qualified with a strong background in audit, business services, or tax
Commercially aware with excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams
