Our Values We have three company values which are the operating philosophies that guide our conduct internally as well as with our partners. Empathy: understanding people – not as demographics in a targeting system, but as humans with values and behaviors.
We do this for our clients – connecting them with their audiences - but also for all our people - helping them grow their careers.Energy: 'bringing it' every day both for our clients and also for each other.
Energy is the essential ingredient for creativity, nothing ever happens unless you have the energy to make it happen.Impact: Impact is about changing the world.
It is the ability for everyone at Mindshare to make an impact, both individually and collectively and in concert with our clients.
Impact is about bringing to life Good Growth, enabling and empowering every single person at Mindshare to have an impact to change the world.Good Growth Mindshare's newly articulated global position anchors our local mission.
We want to help our clients achieve their wildest ambitions in a sustainable way for their future growth. Each client is on their own journey.
The spectrum of good growth can be as simple as looking beyond the click today to a bigger relationship with a customer through to initiatives that will quite literally save the planet. We aren't here to judge; we are here to enable, facilitate and challenge our clients with new ways of thinking and opportunities that media can deliver to their ESG. We have the people, the products and the passion to deliver that.
We also have the track record to prove it.
Within Australia we punch above our weight.
Number 7 according to spend but number 1 according to work. Achieving our clients' wildest ambitions and delivering good growth will require us to change the shape of our business model with much more focus on commerce, transformation, tech and experience.
But we don't want to lose sight of the things that already make us who we are: an agency with smart thinkers known for being strategic and innovative in how we bring brands to life in market.
