Responsibilities As the Engagement and Communications Lead, you will be responsible for visualizing the change journey of different stakeholder groups impacted by a transformation.
You will create and lead the execution of the engagement and communication plan to increase readiness for the change.
In this role, you are expected to be a subject matter expert SME with deep knowledge and experience in Delivery Management.
You should have influencing and advisory skills, engage with multiple teams, and be responsible for team decisions.
Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems.
Expertise in Delivery Management is required, along with expert proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement.
Develop and implement innovative engagement strategies to effectively communicate the change journey to different stakeholder groups
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and communication materials
Lead the creation and delivery of engaging and impactful communication materials, including presentations, emails, and newsletters
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in engagement and communications to continuously enhance the effectiveness of the role
