Your ability to think logically, communicate effectively, and adapt to challenges will ensure success in this exciting and fast-paced role.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Account Management: Build strong relationships, conduct regular site visits, and identify growth opportunities with existing clients.Resource Management: Oversee recruitment, induction, performance management, and training of personnel.Operations: Maintain compliance with legislation and company policies, ensure accurate reporting, and drive cost-effective service delivery.Sales and Marketing: Assist with tender documentation, develop innovative marketing ideas, and deliver persuasive sales presentations.QualificationsDriver's and Security Licenses (essential).Preferred certifications include HSC, Training & Assessment, Security & Risk Management, and First Aid.SkillsStrong understanding of business processes and client-focused outcomes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.Experience:5+ years in a security management role.
Preferred experience in sales, corporate environments, emergency services, or electronic security systems.
